You have booked a session with me! AWESOME! Please fill out the client information form so that I can get to know you and your family. 
Just to be sure we are on the same page with all session happenings, please fill out and complete the Photography Portrait Agreement to "lock in" your session date.

Last but not least I request that all Clients sign my model release. Don't worry, I don't do anything crazy with your pictures. I just like to use them on my business and marketing materials.

Once all forms have been filled out and your session is paid in full you are all set. I cannot wait to work with your family. Thank you!
